Issue 8 2023 - Deputy Principal
Stories to share
We would like to capture our history and share all the great experiences and stories of our past students. We are proud of our College staff and our students, and we know that as a selective school, we are privileged to be able to provide agricultural and vocational education to students.
We often hear about how the College has impacted our past students, the lifelong friendships that they made in just a few short years, how our unique study programs set them up for work and a career beyond high school. These stories are encouraging to future students and are something we are proud to be a part of.
The College is always interested in hearing stories from ex-students to see where their career paths have led them. If you are an ex-student, please let us know your stories and news and the news of others in your class groups from the past. The link below will take you to our Alumni page where you can download an information sheet to fill out.
Conclusion of 2023
School reports are due to be issued in the last week of this term. This is an opportunity for students to reflect on feedback issued by staff via comments and the attributes. Students will benefit with having a conversation with parents on the summary of information in reports.
Congratulations to the Year 10’s and Year 11’s on their progress throughout 2023. There has been so much growth and skill development that has occurred in the classroom, on farm and with student maturity.
Hearing the school captains and prefects speak is inspiring. They have so many great ideas and their leadership skills have been evident already as they help us plan and set up activities for 2024.
I wish all families and students a lovely Christmas and a safe New Year. We have many fabulous things planned for our new and existing students for 2024.
