Account Clearance Dates
As we head into the pointy end of the year, a gentle reminder that the first and second instalments of the Residential Accommodation Fee should be paid in full prior to the commencement of Term 4.
This does not apply to parents and carers who are on an approved payment plan or are in receipt of the Assistance for Isolated Children where payments are directed to the College.
The College has commenced its Term 3 review of accounts and will be communicating with those parents and carers soon with available options.
All year 12 accounts should have been settled in full by Friday, 15 November.
All year 11 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 22 November.
All year 10 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 12 December.
A big thank you to those parents and carers who are up to date with their accounts.
2025 Enrolment Packages
Towards the end of Term 3, all new families to the College will receive an enrolment pack with a range of important information required for 2025. A return envelope will be enclosed. It would be appreciated if your attention could be given to this pack and completed documents returned as soon as possible.
Save Your Seat! (Orange School Bus)
School Bus Services (SBS) is encouraging parents to submit applications for transport assistance in 2025 as soon as possible. Transport assistance can be in the form of a conveyance allowance or a school bus.

Account Related Communication from the College
Statements summarising all items charged and payments received will be emailed twice per term.
Many extra cost options are required to be paid prior to a student participating in an activity and you will receive an event form in Compass advising of this.
If your account goes into credit, you will receive communication from the College regarding this.
Accounts do go through quality checks, however, if you do happen to notice something not quite right, please contact us.
